I realized i had only one lousy post for the whole month of March.. :P
On to more interesting things.. my Bangkok trip was not too bad.. but it was definitely not one of my more relaxing trips. How to relax! Everyday shop shop shop! Walk and walk more than 15 hrs a freaking day! But i'm not complaining, really. =)
It was essential i take this pic. I mean, it's a pink Vespa!! Specially dedicated to my darling cuzin Ameera, who loves Vespas, but HATE pink with a vengeance. *evil laughter*
Touchdown at Bangkok..
From right to left; Siti, Intan, Payung.
At least that's what "Payung" told the taxi driver when he asked for our names. He giggled endlessly when he heard "Payung"'s name and kept repeating, "same same, same same! *giggle*"
Needless to say, we found him very entertaining. "Intan" was especially fond of him. :P
So the moment we dropped off our bags at the hotel, we immediately went out again. Off to MBK.

So after walking ard MBK, we decided to sit down and relax wif a cuppa.
Mine was hot chocolate. 45 baht (approx. S$2)!

After MBK, we went to have dinner and then off to Suan Lom night market.

Next day, we went to Pratunam and then to MBK again..

3rd day was reserved for Chatuchak coz it's a Saturday and Chatuchak is only open on weekends. I didn't even bother taking any pics there. It was too hot, stuffy and crowded. The only thing i bought there were some earrings (40 cents each!) and a couple of watches. Other than that, i didn't really find anything interesting there. I think it's a little overrated. The things there are way more expensive than those same ones i found in Suan Lom night market and Pratunam market. Wat's the point in wasting ur energy trying to haggle when they give you exorbitant prices to begin with.
By 3pm, we were too exhausted to go on.. but somehow, "Payung" managed to convince me to follow her back to Pratunam to get some last minute stuffs. By the end of the 3rd day, my legs were literally trembling. They were trembling as i was standing on them! So of course that very night, i indulged myself in both foot and Thai massage. So syok. haha
Do i want to go back there? Mebbe.. but not anytime soon i think. Things are cheap, yea, but there's only so much i can buy...
I've got more to update but i just can't go on. Save it for another post, I shall.
