Had a reunion wif an old childhood fren yesterday. She was an old neighbour of mine and we always played together. She was always over at my house or vice versa. I remembered she always had to lock her dog up everytime i was ard and whenever she was at my house, she always refused to go back home. 11 yrs ago, she left Singapore and migrated to Canada. I still haf the letter she gave me before she went off. hehe That was so cute. So anyway, i haven't seen or heard from her since.
A few weeks ago, she came by my house while i wasn't ard. Spoke to my mum and asked abt me. My mum invited her over for dinner one of these days, and she came over yesterday. It was reallie nice to see her again. All my childhood memories came flooding back. This gerl was one small but gutsy kid. Talkative too. That hasn't changed one bit. Still the same gerl, onli in a grown up body. It was amazing to see how much we've both grown up. She's going back to Canada this Saturday, but i was glad that she still remembered me. We promised to keep in touch over MSN this time. Ain't technology grand?
