I haf a dilemma. Expert advice and opinions are most welcome please.

U see.. when i go to Oklahoma in April.. there will be several professors who invite us over for dinner and there's even a trip to the governor's house to eat wif him or sumthin. The thing is.. these pple are sure to include ham in their menu.. and as u all knoe.. there's no such thing as halal chicken ham in the land of we-love-pork-pies. So.. even if there are other food such as fish which doesn't need to be sembelih and doesn't haf germ in its body, i'm sure they will be using the same oil/cooking pots/pans that they use to cook the pork/ham/bacon/pig snout. So eating fish wld also be out of the question. The thing is.. it would be super rude not to go, and even worse if i go and not eat. So wat shall i do? My darling bf says.. declare myself a vegetarian. Isn't he funny that darling bf of mine? Me, a vege-intolerant. Me, who picks at every little vege in my food and throw it away. Me, a Vegetarian? hahaha Those who knoe me well enuf.. would knoe how ridiculous that sounds. :P

Ok.. so i suppose i can do that. After all, this is a dire situation. But den he asks me.. do they put alcohol in their salads? Do they? It seems to me that they put alcohol in every little thing. Ermmz.. they wldn't do that to salads would they?

Oh wow, i'm gonna lose 10 kg when i come back from there! Woohoo!

Unless... i overdose on the bread and the cheese and the cereals.. WOoops..

Ok forgive me for digressing. Back to the dilemma. So wat should i do? I dun wanna offend them, neither do i want to go against my values. And i dun think they serve cereals at dinner.. so there goes my onli way out.

Oh well, i'll juz stick to the vegetables. Vegetables are gonna be my new best friends! :D
