I had a blast of a time on Saturday nite wif my cuzins. The evening started out wif me hafin a throbbing headache from rite after Mendaki. I almost didn't want to go for the birthday bbq coz i was juz not feeling too good but i popped in 2 panadols and i went anywayz. Boy am i glad i did.

There was an abundance of presents for the birthday boy and did it make me envious or wat! I had never received such an amount of presents at any one time before! Mimi, u were right. We are soo deprived! :P
On my uncle's lorry..
My uncle was supposed to send us home in that lorry.. but in the short while that we travelled in the lorry to my granma's house, we hatched up a plan to go bowling! So bowling we did wif my cuzin driving the lorry. 16 of us in all. We first went to East Coast but it was too crowded there so we went to downtown east instead and got 2 lanes at Pasir Ris Bowl. We played 2 games onli, but we were the last ones to leave the bowling place.. at 3am no less! Wat a load of fun.. it has been awhile since we did this kinda thing.. More pics here.
U would think that hafin reached home at nearly 4am the nite before, i would spend the day sleeping on Sunday.. but nooo. Went to watch The Machinist wif him at Cineleisure.
It was unexpectedly good. A very eerie suspense thriller. And i read that the actor, Christian Bale, shed almost 29kg for this role. He was super duper thin in the movie.. i haf never seen someone that thin before. Every single bone can be seen.. even the hollow eye sockets. I juz can't stomach the way he looks.. It was like looking at a walking, talking, breathing skeleton. "If u were any thinner, u would cease to exist." Uhuh i agree. The movie is about this machine operator who hasn't slept in a year. Not a wink. He juz can't sleep and strange things start to happen which makes u wonder if the lack of sleep is making him hallucinate. Something is revealed in the end, which explains why he hasn't slept in a year and the things that has been happening to him. The Machinist just proves that movies that has not been extensively promoted can be just as good or even better than those movies that spends millions of dollars worth on promotion itself.
