Yesterday, i went cycling at East C0ast wif him! Wat a w0rk0ut. Hahah i am s0 0ut 0f shape. N0 surprise cuz i dun d0 exercises. Haha except f0r da 0nce-in-a-blue-m00n sit-ups when i feel my tummy is getting a little 0ut 0f hand. :P But i juz lurve cycling... at East C0ast wif da wind bl0wing against ur face. Heaven.
